Do you accept small trial orders?
We understand the trial order demands of new partners. Small trial orders are acceptable for some standard models. Please consult our customer service for the specific quantity and pricing. Corresponding discounts will be available for subsequent orders if you are satisfied with the trial order.

How to get the latest product catalog and quotation?
You can contact your dedicated customer service representative. We update product information quarterly and send targeted updates to our existing partners.

Do you supply product technical info and promotional materials?
Yes, we do. After cooperation is established, we can provide product white papers, high-definition images, craft videos and other materials to support your marketing and promotion efforts. Some of the materials can also be customized according to your requirements.

Is there a post-sales quality guarantee?
We provide a 6-month quality warranty period. In case of non-human-made defects in the products, please provide photo/video evidence, and we will arrange for replenishment or negotiate a solution according to the actual situation.

How to ensure that custom orders are consistent with the samples?
We implement a sample sealing management system. After the sample is confirmed, both parties will sign and seal it for archiving, and the sealed sample will serve as the benchmark for inspection during mass production. In addition, we conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure the consistency of mass-produced products with the samples.

What documents do I need to provide to start customization?
Please provide design drawings, color codes (e.g., Pantone numbers), logo vector files and technical specifications. If no design draft is available, we can also provide proposal suggestions based on your descriptions.

Which parts of the shoes can be customized?
We support customization for various parts such as upper materials, colors, sole types, shoe straps/buckles, linings, heels and lasts, with logo printing service also provided. The specific scope of customization shall be subject to manufacturing process feasibility.

How much time and cost are required for sampling?
Sample making for basic styles typically takes about 10-15 working days. The sampling fee for basic styles is negotiable and can be waived (or fully refunded upon reaching the minimum order quantity). For samples with complex designs, the quotation will be based on the actual production cost.

What is the customization process?
Our customization process consists of four steps: Demand Communication → Design & Sampling → Sample Confirmation → Mass Production. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to coordinate with you throughout the process to make sure every step is up to your expectations.

How are lost or damaged goods handled?
All goods undergo strict quality inspection and standardized packaging before leaving the factory. In case of loss or damage during transportation, please provide the relevant documents in a timely manner, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or negotiating a solution.

What shipping methods do you use? Can the goods be tracked?
We usually ship by sea, air, or Express courier, and cooperate with several reliable freight forwarders. After shipment, we will provide a Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB), with which you can track the status of the goods throughout the entire journey.

Do you support partial shipments?
Yes, we do. For large-volume orders, we can arrange partial shipments to help you optimize inventory and cash flow. The shipment schedule must be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
