Because all of our shoes are order to made and no stock, Shoes problem apart the quality problem and incorrect order details by buyer , all are not belong to return policy. Size Problem doesn’t belong to return policy. If insist in returning and exchanging, customer will pay for round trip shipping cost. 3. Buyer should after succeeding in applying to return
If apply to returns successfully, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. Keep clean and no sign that the shoes have been worn. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyers will be responsible for such damage or loss, and seller will not give the buyer refund.
